TERMS AND CONDITIONS


PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR CONTRACT, DIRECT DEBIT MANDATE AGREEMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY DECLARATION & FIRE EVACUATION PROCEDURE


CONTRACT DETAILS


This agreement commences once you have completed the joining process. You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the type of membership chosen. This is a rolling weekly contract with no set end date. This means that your membership will continue to renew each week until you cancel your membership. You must be at least 16 years of age to sign up for the Gym. If you are between the ages of 16-18 years old you will need to have a parental consent disclaimer signed in the Gym. You will not be permitted to train in the Gym, even if you have an active membership, until a legal guardian has signed the parental consent disclaimer. In some cases we will require identification to prove age.


This membership activates immediately upon purchase. The management of The Warehouse Gym has the right to refuse or terminate a membership at any time without cause. Refunds will be issued for any outstanding period owed to the member. Transfer of memberships from person to person or location to location is not permitted without written consent of management.


There will be an administration fee of €30 applied for any contractual changes. This includes cancelling a membership and then returning to the Gym.


Each member is entitled to three free membership pauses per calendar year, with a maximum combined pause duration of six months per calendar year. Once all three free pauses have been used, a €30 administration fee will apply, granting the member an additional three membership pauses for the remainder of that calendar year.


From time to time, the Gym may make reasonable changes to these rules provided the Gym gives advance notice of these changes. If you are not satisfied with these changes and wish to withdraw membership, a proportionate refund of your subscription will be made upon email request.




MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS


Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your membership will actually expire. Failure to cancel with at least 14 days notice could result in your payment being processed for the next week of training. This payment will not be refunded.

DIRECT DEBIT MANDATE CONTRACT AGREEMENT


By agreeing to the terms and conditions I am agreeing to set up a Direct Debit Mandate (DDI) with my bank so The Warehouse Gym (GoCardless Payment Processor) can process payments on my account. This Direct Debit Mandate will continue for the duration of my contract or until I have terminated the Direct Debit agreement with my Bank. In all instances where I am requesting a cancellation with my Bank, I will inform The Warehouse Gym of my intent to cancel the DDI. Failure to do so will result in further payments being processed.


I understand that this is an agreement between myself and my bank and that any incorrect payments can be addressed to my Bank and will be guaranteed returned to my account under the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme.




HEALTH AND SAFETY DECLARATION


By agreeing to these terms and conditions In consideration of being allowed to use the facilities/equipment under the control of the Warehouse Gym, I do hereby waive release and forever discharge the Warehouse Gym from all responsibilities or liabilities from any injuries resulting from my use of its equipment. I waive any rights to claims or damages I may have against the Warehouse Gym, or any other organizations that the Warehouse Gym may associate with, whether arising from the negligence of the releases or otherwise during my participation in Warehouse Gym training/activities/events, etc. By agreeing to these terms and conditions I declare myself to be physically sound and suffering from no impairment, condition, or illness that would prevent my participation or use of equipment, except as stated herein. I am aware and understand that participation in sport, exercise, and fitness, including the use of equipment, carries a risk to me of serious injury and even death. I voluntarily and knowingly recognize, accept and assume this risk.




FIRE EVACUATION PROCEDURE


By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing that you know the appropriate fire procedures for the Gym. Specifically the location of our main fire exits and the fire assembly point. You are aware that in the event of discovering a fire, you should follow the following instructions to leave the building by the nearest available exit. DO NOT stop to collect personal belongings. DO NOT return to the building until authorized to do so.  The Fire Assembly point is in front of the car park entrance.




PRINCIPLE TERMS


Members are expected to act respectfully at all times while using our facilities.
Aggressive or unruly behavior towards staff or other gym members will not be tolerated and will result in termination of your membership. All Direct Debit memberships are not transferable from person to person or from gym to gym. Missed payment will be reprocessed automatically and therefore cannot be paid manually in the Gym. No Photography of any kind to be taken in the Gym without clear, explicit permission from gym management.


Health & Safety Declaration (PAR-Q)


I declare that I am fit and healthy to participate in physical exercise and have no medical condition or injury that would make it unsafe for me to use the facilities at The Warehouse Gym. If I have any concerns regarding my health, I confirm that I have sought appropriate medical advice before exercising.




I understand that I use the gym and its facilities at my own risk and accept responsibility for ensuring that I exercise safely and within my own physical capabilities. I acknowledge that The Warehouse Gym is not responsible for injuries resulting from my failure to exercise within my limits or to follow gym rules and instructions.

I declare that I have filled in the health and safety (Par-Q) form online .

All the information is true and I have medical clearance to exercise in the Gym.

2026 The Warehouse Gym - GDPR, Rules and Regulations:Members are bound by the conditions of membership and agree to comply with the Rules and Regulations of The Warehouse Gym.
All memberships, except for promotional offers, are subject to a €30 administration fee for Transfers, Cancellations and Membership Freezes where applicable. All Cancellation, Freeze and Transfer requests must be submitted via email only. Cancellation requests must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to the next Direct Debit collection date.

Membership cards are for the sole use of the person to whom they were issued. Any misuse of a membership card will result in the immediate termination of membership without refund.
If you feel dizzy, faint, unwell or experience any unusual pain, you must stop exercising immediately and inform a member of staff.
The Warehouse Gym cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property during any training session or activity.
All dumbbells, weight plates and training equipment must be returned to the appropriate racks or storage areas after use.
All weight equipment must be handled responsibly. Slamming, dropping or otherwise abusing equipment will not be tolerated.
No bags are permitted on the gym floor.
Appropriate gym clothing and footwear must be worn at all times while using the facilities.
Publicity photographs and videos may be taken during training sessions. Any member who does not wish to have their image or name used must notify The Warehouse Gym at the time of registration.
The Warehouse Gym reserves the right to refuse admission to its premises. Management also reserves the right to require any member or guest to leave the premises at any time.
In the event of a breach of these Rules and Regulations, management reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion.
The Warehouse Gym reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations, membership terms and opening hours at its sole discretion.
